About this converter
Eastern Swampy Cree (the n-dialect) is spoken in the western James Bay region of Ontario. Its syllabics combine eastern characters with the western set of finals. Marking vowel length is optional in this dialect: type pi for ᐱ, or pî (or pii) for ᐲ.
If your community uses a different syllabics chart than what you see here, let me know and I can add a converter for it. Contact me if you find any errors.
